Total Guarantee charges will be based on number of copies made. This T.G. charges are included labour charge, toner, drum, and spare parts. |

Preventive maintenance service will be provided. Restricted conditions apply in this service. |

Free of service labor charge for any break down call on CMT's working hour. |

You come first before general customers because you are"V.I.P customer", you will get faster service. |

We could change spare parts or consumables immediately without waiting for your approval. |

We are complimentary to deduct the test printing 2% |
