Warranty Terms and Conditions
- CMT (Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co.,Ltd) warranty is valid only in Thailand for 1 year from the date purchased.
- The warranty terms and conditions warrant the equipments to be freed from manufacturing defects and under the normal use
- CMT shall repair or replace any faulty parts which are under the above conditions free of charge also upon the important.
Warranty terms and conditions as follow:-
3.1 The warranty card must be presented whenever service is required and completely corrected filled and in particular the purchase date, model of the product, valid dated by the dealer’ stamp. Failure to do so will deem the warranty claim invalid.
3.2 All consumable item (e.g.: ink/toner cartridge, print head, thermal print head, scanner cartridge, drum unit, paper, halogen lamp, ITD, ITB, oil & web roller, and waste ink absorber) and other accessories/ optional items (e.g. copy board glass, telephone headset, external cover, hard & floppy disk drives, interface units, adapter, scanner cartridge and batteries) are excluded from the warranty coverage.
3.3 The warranty does not apply to software drivers, utility program and Canon’s supplied application software that is packaged together with the equipment and the product.
3.4 Customer will have to pay for services and/ or parts replacement charge if the defects are found to be due to negligence / mishandling /tampering of the equipment by the customer or if it was caused by the pollution / fire / flood/ lighting strike / earthquake or any other natural disaster.
- Customer should be use the services and/or the genuine Canon consumable parts for a lifetime with the high efficiency and durability only at CMT or the authorized dealer.
